Thank you for considering Quorum Restaurant (formerly Club Warrnambool) for your upcoming function. Our historic Warrnambool building has recently undergone a major renovation and is the perfect venue for your next function, whether it be your Engagement Party, Hens Party (may we suggest a private High Tea!), Rehearsal Dinner, Pre Wedding Family Dinner, Birthday or your most special day, your Wedding. We cater from the most intimate of functions in our Private Dining Room to larger stand up style more casual functions which can encompass the entire premises.
We are fully air-conditioned, (also open fires for winter) have disabled access and toilets and are fully licensed. All quoted prices include tablecloths, cloth napkins and glassware. As our elegant olde world style décor is complete, we suggest that extra decorating can be minimal, leaving your funds available for your other needs.
A sound system and microphone is also available if required. The Main Dining Room has a dance floor and also a piano available for your use. We can put you in contact with several live musicians that play regularly at the Club or we are happy for you to arrange your own music.
We like to treat each couple as individual, and are happy to tailor your Function completely to your taste and budget. The following are some guide lines to help you get started. Please note for Seated Functions:
The minimum requirements to book the Full Private Dining Room is 15 people
The minimum requirement to book the Full Main Dining Room is 50 people
Minimum persons per room can be negotiated depending on the individuals function
For Standing Functions:
The minimum requirements to book the Private Dining Room are 25 people
The minimum requirements to book the Main Dining Room are 100 people

A drinks package is available at $45 per person for 4 hours, including Tap Beer, House Wine, Sparkling Wine & Soft Drinks
To make your finger food function a success, we suggest you choose 6 - 8 pieces for a standing cocktail/afternoon tea or supper function and 10 – 15 pieces for a tapas dinner style meal which will be served over a few hours.
